HFPT Series Preheating 

Brief Introduction

HFPT60/90-2R/4R preheating system is aimed at the preheating of thermoplastic materials, especially the heating of polypropylene (PP) materials, the effect of HFPT system is outstanding. This independent preheating system can be applied to the previous process of any molding machine. Rapid heating and uniform heat distribution are the most prominent features of the HFPT system.

• Fast heating: due to the roller fitting, fast heat conduction speed, less heat loss.
• Heating depth: because of the bonding heating, and thus the sheet temperature curve is very excellent.
• No scratches: Precise synchronous drive, low roller weight, no inertia.
